**Processing Time:**  
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Custom and handmade items may take a bit longer, so please allow 7-14 days  for creation and processing. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:**  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

**International Shipping:**  
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

**Order Tracking:**  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.

**Shipping Delays:**

**Lost or Stolen Packages:**  
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
